The 16,000-seat Dolon Omurzakov Central Stadium in Bishkek has undergone a major renovation, highlighted by the installation of 8,000 m² of Hatko Hybridgrass. The new pitch has been reinforced with Omega XL fibers, renowned for their exceptional resilience and high performance, even under the most intense playing conditions. These advanced fibers ensure the pitch remains durable and playable, providing an elite surface for athletes at the highest level.
Just 38 days after installation, the hybrid grass system was put to the test during the FIFA 2026 World Cup qualifiers. Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan faced off in the first official match on the new pitch, with Uzbekistan securing a 3-2 victory.
This project marks the second Hatko Hybridgrass installation in Kyrgyzstan. The first was delivered to Muras United FC on June 1, 2024. Additionally, two more hybrid pitches are currently under development, further showcasing Hatko’s dedication to enhancing football infrastructure in the country.
At Hatko, we are proud to work closely with the Kyrgyz Football Federation to bring world-class playing surfaces to Kyrgyzstan, supporting the growth of football throughout the region.
